Please note before calling us relating to a product that we sell online, as an Internet retailer with over 80,000 products we unfortunately cannot provide pre-sales technical support, advice or compatibility information for the products that we sell and as such we provide as much information as we currently have available listed with the product. For pre-sale technical support for a particular product it's always best to contact the manufacturer directly, as although Zomp have experienced engineers, they would not be able to answer the volume of technical sales enquiries they would receive and have time to do their other work; even with all our experience, manufacturers generally know the ins and outs of their products better than us and can usually answer queries much quicker than someone on our Sales Team.
